Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders shipping to Canada are charged a flat shipping rate of $25 USD.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Pre-Order Processing

Some PLANET BABÖ products are offered on a pre-order basis.

Once the pre-order window closes, please allow approximately 2–3 months for production before your order is ready for dispatch. Estimated timeframes will also be displayed on the relevant product page before you place your order.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order begins its journey.

In-Stock Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During promotional periods, launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days within the United States. Orders to Canada may take longer depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs or other circumstances outside our control.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the full order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.

Any applicable timing information will be shown at checkout or communicated by email.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in PLANET BABÖ's shipping rate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping details before completing your order.

PLANET BABÖ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
